Each participant is allowed to submit only one paper for the Conference Proceedings without page charges. Contributions must be in English. All submitted papers will be refereed by the Divisions & IPC and the selected papers will be published in the American Institute of Physics (AIP) Conference Proceedings (indexed by Science Citation Index).

The Malaysia Institute of Physics (Institut Fizik Malaysia) has successfully published conference proceeding with AIP such as the 2009 IMFP Conference Proceedings  & 2013 IMFP (https://aip.scitation.org/doi/10.1063/1.4866917)

Submission Deadline

All submission must be done on or before : 31st December 2019
Expected date of Submission to AIP: 21st February 2020. 

Expected date of Publication in AIP: March-April 2020

Manuscript

Before submission, please review the formatting of your manuscript to ensure that it complies with AIP Proceedings’ requirements and guidelines. Please check the following:

  1. There must not be any page numbers on the manuscript.
  2. There must not be headers/footers on the manuscript.
  3. Graphics should be clear, legible and free from corruption or distortion.
  4. Please ensure that text within graphics/images is clear and legible.
  5. Paper size should be letter size or 8.5 x 11 and all information within the article must be displayed within the set margins.
  6. All pages are to be in portrait.
  7. References are prepared using our sample reference guidelines.

The maximum number of pages are as following:

Poster: 4 pages
Oral: 4 pages
Invited: 6 pages
Plenary: No Limit
 

Send your manuscript together with a signed License to Publish Agreement and copies of permissions to re-use copyrighted material.
